Heat oven to 200║C, 400║F, Gas Mark 6. Have ready a baking tray.
Mix flour and seasoning in a bowl, rub in margarine and stir in the oregano, ham and courgette.
Stir in the egg and milk, reserving a little for brushing the tops, and mix to a soft dough. Knead lightly on a floured surface and pat out to a thickness of about 2 cm (1 inch) and cut out into 6.5 cm (2½ inch) rounds. Re-roll trimmings and cut more rounds.
Brush the tops and reserved egg and milk liquid and bake for 10 minutes until risen and golden brown. Delicious served with soup.
